We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to inspire the Sales team to deliver. The successful candidate will have proven Sales Manager experience and will lead a team to meet and exceed all relevant KPIs and provide an effective financial solution for a range of customers through supporting and developing Business Managers. You'll maximise opportunities on new and used car sales, and support products across the CMA.

You’ll use your communication and collaboration strengths in ways that work best for you, bringing commitment and enthusiasm to the role. Although a challenge, this role is just the first step on a journey that could take you as far as you want to go.
