Bartender / Front of House Team Member

Location: The Anglers InnJob Type: Full-time / Part-time (including evenings and weekends)Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience + tips

Join Our Team

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Bartender / Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Anglers Inn.

If you enjoy working in a busy hospitality environment, take pride in great customer service, and can keep calm under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Take food and drink orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages efficiently.
Handle cash and card payments.
Keep the bar and restaurant clean, organised, and well stocked.
Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Follow all licensing, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential—we can provide training for the right person.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
A genuine team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
