Job Opportunity: Handy Person
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Handy Person to join our small, close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in maintaining high standards across all duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general repairs and maintenance which could include minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting jobs.
- Assisting with property upkeep, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring everything is safe, clean, and presentable.
- Identifying potential issues before they become major problems and addressing them efficiently.
- Carrying out routine inspections to ensure all facilities are well-maintained.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to provide support where needed.
- Being on call for any urgent maintenance issues that arise.
About You:
- You have practical experience in a range of maintenance and repair tasks.
- You have good problem-solving skills and can work independently when required.
- You’re a team player with a flexible attitude, willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
- You take pride in your work and aim to complete jobs to a high standard.
- You have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- A full driving license and the ability to operate maintenance equipment is preferred.
