Partners in Bristol, part of the City of Bristol College Group, is looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to join our growing team of associate trainers.
This flexible role offers the opportunity to use your industry expertise to support individuals and businesses across the West of England. Whether you're an experienced trainer, marketing consultant, digital marketing manager or social media specialist, you'll play a key role in helping learners develop the skills employers need today.
With flexible hours based on demand and a competitive rate of £35 per hour, this position is ideal for professionals looking to combine training delivery with consultancy, freelance or other professional commitments.
What You'll Deliver
You'll inspire learners through engaging and practical training covering topics such as:
- Social Media Marketing
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Content Creation and Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Google Ads and PPC
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Digital Strategy and Campaign Planning
- AI Marketing Tools
- Branding and Audience Engagement
Training will be delivered face-to-face at employer sites, community venues and college locations across Bristol and the wider West of England region.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from experienced:
- Digital Marketing Managers
- Marketing Executives

- Content Marketing Specialists
- Digital Marketing Executives
- Digital Skills Trainers
You'll have strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot or WordPress.
Most importantly, you'll be a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping others develop and succeed.
Teaching experience is desirable but not essential. If you have strong industry experience and can engage an audience, we'd love to hear from you.
