Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable and versatile Handyman & Logistics Support Specialist to assist with property maintenance, repairs, and operational logistics. This role is ideal for someone practical, organised, and proactive, who enjoys solving problems and working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handyman Duties:
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify issues
- Prepare properties for guest arrivals (minor fixes, furniture setup, etc.)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Logistics Support:
- Transport supplies, equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Support property setup and turnover operations
- Coordinate deliveries and manage basic scheduling
Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman work
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and repairs
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift/carry items
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or property management
- Familiarity with tools and maintenance equipment
- Basic organisational and inventory management skills
