Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Flexible Viewings Assistant to support our property viewing operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, engaging with prospective clients and assisting with property viewings on a flexible basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varying schedules and client needs. Previous administrative experience and multilingual abilities are considered advantageous.

Duties

Coordinate and facilitate property viewings in accordance with scheduled appointments
Greet prospective tenants or buyers professionally and provide relevant information about the properties
Assist with the preparation of viewing materials and ensure properties are presented in an appealing manner
Maintain accurate records of viewings, feedback, and client details using organisational tools
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and team members to confirm appointments and relay information
Support administrative tasks such as updating databases, managing schedules, and handling enquiries as needed
Ensure properties are clean, accessible, and ready for viewings at all times
Adapt to changing schedules and assist in covering additional viewings or related duties when required

Skills

Proven administrative experience demonstrating organisation and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple appointments efficiently
Friendly, approachable manner with the ability to engage confidently with clients from various backgrounds
Flexibility to work variable hours including evenings or weekends as required
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism

This role provides valuable experience within the property industry, offering flexible working hours suited to candidates seeking part-time or supplementary employment.

Applicant must have Driving Licence and own vehicle.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
