Regional Manager

We're looking for a Regional Manager to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across a high-profile Network Rail contract. You'll play a key role in developing strong customer relationships, leading regional teams and driving service excellence across multiple sites.

Role Responsibilities

Lead and inspire regional service teams to deliver high-quality IFM services while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with Network Rail stakeholders and act as the key escalation point within the region
Ensure full compliance with Mitie and Network Rail health and safety, quality and operational standards
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational performance across the regional portfolio
Support business reviews, audits, site mobilisations and the development of direct reports

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

Proven experience managing Facilities Management or Integrated Facilities Management services witn a multi-site environment
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and customer relationship skills
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification
