Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: Holiday Park in PL13 2RW
Company: Godfrey Group Facilities Ltd
Pay: £14.00 per hour on a salaried position
Hours: Part-time,16- 18 hours per week

Godfrey Group Facilities Ltd is a national housekeeping and facilities company, with head office based in Ruthin, North Wales. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our housekeeping team at the prestigious holiday park near Looe.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident at sole working supervising within a team.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the park, checking accommodation, supporting cleaners, and cleaning lodges on quieter days.

Please note: Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.

The Role

Your primary function will be to organize and oversee the days cleans, rota team required to support delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the holiday park. You will supervise the team, carry out standard checks, clean lodges, and run changeover days during the busy periods reporting to the housekeeping manager with regular updates.

Key Responsibilities

Populating Rotas
Cleaning and checking holiday lodges, including 2-bed and 3-bed units
Preparing and organizing cleaning products and supplies for the team
Supporting cleaners with day-to-day requirements
Motivating the housekeeping team to ensure all lodges are ready for 4pm check-in
Carrying out accommodation checks to ensure agreed standards are met
Correct use of the reporting system
Regularly checking property inventories and reporting missing or required items to the Head Housekeeper
Cleaning lodges to the highest standard when required
Completeing admin tasks attached to the role

Working Hours

Mondays and Fridays are essential and other days in line with the business needs
Occasional additional days depending on business needs including some weekends
