Salary: OTE £39,000.00+ uncapped bonus scheme
Hours: 08:0018:30 | Alternate full weekends off | When you work a weekend, the Saturday is given back in lieu

This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd in our Mercedes-Benz of Truro dealership! We are looking for a proven Sales Consultant, ideally with experience in the motor trade, to join our thriving sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring all customer interaction is to the highest quality, maintaining standards and pushing all opportunities to maximise business performance.

What Youll Be Doing
As a Sales Consultant, youll:

Work with the team on exciting sales campaigns and promotions.

Build strong, loyal relationships with business partners and customers.

Guide customers through vehicle options, prices, and technical details with confidence and enthusiasm.

Handle all administrative tasks to make the customer experience seamless.

Be an expert on finance products, ensuring compliance every step of the way.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone with a track record of success in sales who can bring confidence, energy and professionalism to our showroom. This person will:

Have previous experience within a sales environment, ideally in the Motor Industry

Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Hold Full UK Driving License
