Key elements of your role as Private Dining Room Manager :

Manage all private dining events,ensuring exceptional service from enquiry to departure.
Build strong relationships with guests,corporate clients and event organisers.
Work closely with the Events Manager to ensure all private dining bookings are accurately planned,communicated and executed.
Review and fully understand all function sheets,ensuring every event requirement is communicated clearly to the restaurant,kitchen and bar teams.
Maximise revenue by driving private dining sales and increasing occupancy.
Lead,inspire and develop the team,maintaining The Ivy Collection's exceptional service standards.
Ensure all function rooms are presented to the highest standard before every event.
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews to continuously improve service.
Handle guest feedback professionally,resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with food safety,licensing,health & safety and company procedures.
Act as the main operational contact during private dining events,ensuring smooth service and promptly resolving any issues
Work collaboratively with senior management to identify new business opportunities and enhance the guest experience.

About you:

You have 2 years + of experience in this position
You love to wow guests with exceptional service
You have excellent English language skills
You are a real team player
You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair
