**Role start date : 1st July 2026**

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of Molbys Ladies Ltd. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Manage appointments, bookings, and client enquiries.
Answer telephone calls and respond to emails.
Process payments and maintain client records.
Support stylists and management with day-to-day salon operations.
Complete general administrative and office tasks.
Keep reception and customer areas clean, organised, and professional.

Skills & Experience

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Professional appearance and manner.
Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and work proactively.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From £24,785.00 per year
