Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vehicle Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will streamline sales processes, coordinate administrative tasks, and support the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle transactions. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help us deliver exceptional customer service, optimize operational efficiency, and drive sales success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our vehicle sales operations, contributing to a high-energy environment focused on growth and excellence.

Duties

Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities
Coordinate vehicle inventory data using Microsoft Excel and Sage accounting software to ensure accurate records and availability status
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, and reports using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via email and phone to facilitate smooth transactions
Oversee sales administration processes including documentation, licensing, registration, and compliance requirements
Organize schedules for test drives, vehicle deliveries, and follow-up appointments to maximize customer engagement
Maintain computer literacy across multiple platforms including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for efficient workflow management

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or administrative support roles within a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is preferred
Experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Basic IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy
