Full job description

The Role

The NPD Process Assistant will work as part of a team who are focused on creating and developing new market ready products for current and new customers. To achieve this the post holder must have a sound knowledge of the Company’s current products. A key requirement will therefore be having a sound understanding of the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Taking care of the Daily Taste Panel & EOL evaluation.

Assisting in the running and organising of factory trials.

Packaging and sending samples of products to customers.

Organising and completing cooking instructions for new & existing products.

Organising and completing new product shelf-life for organoleptic.

Sending samples for nutritional analysis.

Maintaining all relevant paperwork.

Liaising with and assisting the NPD Manager and Development Chef.
Helping to keep the NPD kitchen and areas in the factory clean, tidy and well organized.

Passion for food.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience of working in a kitchen or in product development.

Hours of Work

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
