Europlas (PVCu) Ltd is the trading company of the R&V Group and has Trade Counters in many areas of Wales, England and Scotland. Due to our current success in the marketplace, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Trade & Retail Estimator / Processor to join our team at the Buckley Window & Door Centre. Based in our newly refurbished showroom, this is an important customer-facing role supporting trade customers, DIY customers, and homeowners with enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
This is an extremely varied role, providing the right candidate with an enjoyable environment in which to work, and the flexibility to expand skills and develop the role.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from trade customers, DIY customers, and homeowners in person, by telephone, and by email.
- Discuss customer requirements and provide accurate, professional quotations.
- Process customer orders for fabrication through our factory or via our trusted supply partners.
- Support customers with product knowledge and practical advice throughout the quotation and ordering process.
About you
- Good knowledge of PVCu windows and doors is required.
- Knowledge of composite doors, patio doors, and aluminium products would be advantageous.
- Experience using Business Micros Evolution would be beneficial, although it is not essential.
- Strong communication skills are essential, including face-to-face, telephone, and email communication.
- A professional, customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail are important for success in this role.
What we offer
- Salary from £32,000 to £34,000 dependent on experience.
- Working hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- 22 days’ holiday to start, plus Bank Holidays.
- We do not currently open on Saturdays; however, if this changes in the future, Saturday working may be required on a rota basis.
