At Solve, we’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who loves crafting vibrant content that drives meaningful connections and results. In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning, filming, creating, and editing content for social media accounts. From developing strategies to reporting results, you’ll own the process end-to-end.

Role Overview:
Position: Part-time, permanent, with paid 30 min lunch break.
Salary: £18,000-£30,000 per annum (subject to experience).
Location: Office based (Nansledan, Newquay area) with the option of Hybrid working
Ideal Candidate:
- Creative & Innovative: Ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas that drive results.
- Content Creation Skills: Strong writing for both socials and newsletters, graphic design, and video editing abilities. (our design and content team can also support these elements).
- Organised & Efficient: Top-notch organisational skills and the ability to bring various elements together to deliver powerful content on time.
- Detail-Orientated: Able to see and execute the finer details of content creation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to confidently communicate with clients, businesses and local community groups.
- Positive Can-Do Attitude: An enthusiastic, people-friendly attitude with bright ideas.
- Trend-Savvy: Stays on top of the latest social media trends & tools.
Desirable Experience:
- Content Creation Experience: Filming, editing, and producing reels. Photography experience would also be beneficial for this role.
- Proficient in Social Media Tools: Canva, Adobe, CapCut & MetaBusiness suite experience.
- Caption Writing: Able to write compelling captions with strong CTA’s.
- Email Marketing & Newsletter Creation: Experience planning, writing, designing, and scheduling newsletters and email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and Brevo. Ability to create engaging email content that supports marketing campaigns and audience growth.
