Full job description

We are looking for an experienced PA to join the Mental Health senior leadership team supporting us to lead and deliver a range of physical health and mental health services. The role is busy, varied and interesting and offers a unique opportunity to make a genuine and positive difference in the daily lives of our staff as well as families.

This is a unique opportunity to provide an enthusiastic, efficient, and effective personal assistant service to a senior leadership team. This includes Director of Mental Health Services and Associate Director of Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Nursing . We are looking for someone who is a friendly, organised, self-starter who can be flexible and assertive when needed. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will be able to:

use your initiative
make informed judgements
multi-task and prioritise competing demands

The role is a varied one. Ideally you will be based in Bodmin for part of the week but we can be flexible regarding workbase.

Provide high-quality personal assistant and secretarial support to the Director of Mental Health Services and Associate Director of Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Nursing

Manage a varied workload independently, using initiative and informed judgment to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills to coordinate activities, handle correspondence, and maintain schedules. Prioritise and manage multiple demands effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This job is currently only open to people who already work for the NHS in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly.
