About the role
You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of electrical and specialist equipment servicing, repairs and planned works across Cornwall. Working with contractors and colleagues, you’ll ensure services are compliant, efficient and customer focused.
You’ll monitor performance, manage risks and resolve issues, while supporting complex cases and driving continuous improvement. This is a varied, hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on safety, quality and service delivery.

About you
To be successful, you’ll be/have:
· A relevant electrical or compliance qualification, or equivalent experience such as overseeing electrical servicing, repairs or installation programmes
· Strong technical knowledge of servicing, repairs and installations
· Experience managing contractor performance in a relevant environment
· Good analytical and organisational skills, with sound decision-making ability
· A collaborative approach and focus on customer outcomes
· Knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements

Our offer to you
Salary: £49,951 per year (£25.89 per hour)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 2 days per week with a further requirement to visit site or attending meetings sometimes at short notice.
