Full job description

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a position—we're looking for the right person to become a key part of the business and help us continue to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident running a kitchen, leading a team, maintaining high standards and taking real ownership of their work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including service, prep, stock control, food quality, hygiene standards and team management.

What we're looking for:

Experience in a senior kitchen position

Good understanding of flavours and ability to be involved in menu creation

Confident leading a team and running busy services

High standards and strong attention to detail

Reliable, hardworking and organised

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Someone who wants to grow with the business long-term

Hours are Wednesday to Sunday, afternoons and evenings, averaging 35–50 hours per week.

Competitive pay package available and will be based on experience and ability.
