The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an effective and professional accounts receivable process across our UK & EU base. You will manage ledger transactions, ensuring that payments are received, recorded, and processed accurately and on time.
A key part of the role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of service and timely issue resolution. You will also be responsible for accurately inputting invoice details onto customer portals, maintaining data integrity at all times.
As part of the Accounts Receivable team, you will support the wider department with other ad-hoc finance tasks as required, contributing to the smooth running of the wider finance function.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience of working within an Accounts Receivable team or a similar role (this could be from an office, internship, placement, or equivalent)
- Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Brings a positive, team-first attitude, driven by curiosity and a proactive approach to ongoing learning and continuous development
- European language desirable but not essential
- Experience of working in a fast paced AR environment
