Full job description

We have exciting opportunity at Pilgrim's Europe! We are looking for a Production Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Pilgrim's Europe at Bodmin site.

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00

Monitor and manage stock levels for raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid production delays.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations within stock holding areas to ensure correct stock levels and efficient material flow.
Collaborate with production supervisors to forecast material requirements and plan inventory needs.
Work with procurement teams, suppliers, and logistics providers to coordinate deliveries and factory transfers
Maintain inventory records, track key metrics, and generate reports to support decision-making
Identify inefficiencies in inventory, transfer, and storage processes, recommending improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies regarding inventory handling, storage, transport procedures, and allergen management.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in inventory management.
Experience in logistics coordination and transport management.
Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (including Arolink stock systems).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to inventory, transfer, and storage challenges.
Knowledge and experience implementing 5S methodologies in inventory and production environments.
Understanding of allergen management and compliance with food safety regulations.
Valid Reach Truck license for safe and efficient material handling.
Knowledge of allergen management to ensure compliance and safety in storage and production.
Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain coordination (preferably in a manufacturing or production setting).
Familiarity with inventory control systems and best practices.
Knowledge of transport operations and lorry transfer logistics.
