About the role
This is a varied and busy role supporting our People and Health & Safety team across a wide range of activities, helping to deliver an efficient and responsive service.
In this role you will:
· Act as first point of contact for People and H&S queries
· Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
· Maintain accurate HR and H&S records and systems
· Prepare reports, documents and employee data
· Support learning and development administration
· Assist with employee relations processes and documentation
· Liaise with managers and HR operations teams
· Ensure data accuracy, compliance and confidentiality

Our offer to you
Salary: £25,947 per year (£13.45 per hour)
Working Hours: 25 hours per week spread across the working week
Contract Type: This is a fixed term contract for 9 to 12 months due to maternity cover. Existing CHL employees are welcome to apply as a secondment opportunity, but please discuss this with your manager before applying.
Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 2 day/s per week, sometimes including attendance at short notice.
