Job Summary
We are seeking 2 professional and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our team on a Self-Employed basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality beauty treatments, ensuring clients leave feeling refreshed and satisfied.

We are looking for

- Eyelash/Eyebrow Technician

- Nail Technician

This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, providing personalised beauty solutions tailored to each client’s needs. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing clients’ confidence and well-being.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety beauty treatments to the highest stansards
Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and professional communication
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative services
Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Experience

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry
Hold qualifications in the treatments provided.
Have your own insurance
Attention to detail - MUST
Have your own client base, with space to take on more as the business grows
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to listen carefully to clients’ needs and provide tailored advice and treatments
Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to beauty therapy practices

This position offers a friendly team with ongoing support & opportunities to grow your client base. We also provide use of a booking system, advertising through the business, a high street location with Wi-fi included. We value dedication, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best.

Pay: £12.21-£31.97 per hour

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Beauty : 1 year (required)
