We are looking for caring, compassionate and motivated individuals to join our Mental Health Inpatient Services as Staff Nurses across a range of specialist settings, including Forensic, Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU), Acute, Rehabilitation, Children Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), Dementia Older People and Place of Safety units.

This role involves working shifts across a 24-hour period, including:

To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and may be required to teach other nursing and non- nursing staff.
To provide designated named nurse responsibility for a number of patients.
To provide leadership, supervision and support to junior staff both qualified and unqualified in the absence of the Clinical Team Leader and Unit Manager during the course of the normal shift pattern, and to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources available to deliver a high standard of quality
care to service users.
