From digital signage and the iFace Digital Mirror to licensed audio content and complete AV installations, we help brands engage customers and create exceptional in-store experiences.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and hands-on Field Service & Installation Engineer to join our team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and support of professional audio-visual systems across a variety of customer sites.

Working independently and alongside project teams, you'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission AV equipment and cabling
Carry out planned maintenance and service visits
Complete testing, commissioning and client handover documentation
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site
Liaise with clients, contractors and project managers
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Electrical or electronic engineering experience
AV installation experience or a strong interest in Audio-Visual technology
Knowledge of audio networking protocols
Experience using power tools and test equipment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Full driving licence
Valid passport and willingness to travel

Desirable Skills

DSP programming and commissioning experience
ECS Card
IPAF and/or PASMA certification
Experience working within contractor-led projects
Knowledge of RAMS and site health & safety requirements
