Role Purpose

Our B&K brewed beers really set us apart from the pack and as the brewer you will very much be at the helm of this hugely important aspect of our business! Being a brewer at B&K is a very unique opportunity to put your skills to work at brewing some amazing beers whilst also working in a vibrant,socially engaging guest facing role! Our breweries are always a focal point and hub within our brewpubs and as such all our brewers fully engage with the local community,including our brewpub teams on a day to day basis.

Naturally you’ll make sure the beer quality is spot-on,from recipe design,ingredient ordering,brewery upkeep,audits and of course brewing the beer itself.

As a Brewer you’ll be in control of stock and ordering of ingredients,including managing your budgets based on company specification,you’ll also be a complete beer-nerd who loves sharing your passion,encouraging the team and guests to try the beer you’ve produced. You’ll naturally be a people person,who is bubbly,active and communicative,who offers support and guidance in management meetings,setting clear goals for the team. You’ll be confident in delivering educational,guest facing,experiences in the world of beer & brewing
