What you will be doing

As a Graduate Marketing Specialist, you will be given opportunities to work with a wide range of clients, from start-ups to global enterprises. You will develop skills and expertise that is just not possible in an in house (or client side) environment. This puts our Graduates on a fast track to becoming experts in their field.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely with Account Managers across a range of clients in different industries. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with our clients senior marketing managers and work across a wide range of tactics, from marketing automation and PPC to content generation and PR as well as being involved in research analytics and reporting projects.
As part of an account team, our Graduates participate in a broad range of exciting activities, that all contribute towards delivering high quality work to our clients, on time every time.

What you will need
Essential:
- A passion for marketing and communications
- A basic understanding of marketing’s role and the customer journey
- The ability to self-organise and plan your day, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with team members
- The capacity to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong numeric, analytical and data manipulation skills, with a keen eye for detail & accuracy
- A proven ability to successfully meet deadlines
- Confidence to interact with all stakeholder levels within the business and build relationships with clients
Desirable: (These could have been gained as part of your industry placement or internship)
- Experience generating marketing content such as blogs, articles or press releases
- Digital marketing experience such as Google Analytics, email marketing, marketing automation and PPC or display advertising
- Social media marketing experience
- Media relations or other PR experience
- Technical knowledge or interest in computing or electronics
- Working experience either in-house or within an agency
