Overview
Caffe Grey is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our community across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that reflect the brand’s identity, promote our offerings, and foster customer loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant café environment while honing your skills in digital marketing and public relations.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content including images, videos, and written posts that align with the café’s brand voice and aesthetic.
Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond promptly to comments and messages, and foster positive community engagement.
Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities, special events, and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure active online presence.
Manage public relations efforts by maintaining positive relationships with local media outlets and influencers.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices within the hospitality industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is desirable.
Knowledge of public relations principles and experience in building positive brand reputation online.
