Full job description

The Job :

- Qualified PSV drivers to transport adults and/or children with additional needs and abilities in Southport and the surrounding area.

- Full training on how to use the equipment safely is provided.

- Hours are consistent every week with no late nights or weekend work required.

Locations : Southport/Formby

Working Hours : Part-time, between 20hrs > 25hrs per week. Options for School (term-time) or Day Centre (all-year-round) hours.

Pay : Part-time starting at £14 p/h.

About You :

Essential –

Must have D / D1 Licence – Qualified PSV Driver
Valid CPC
Experience of driving passenger vehicles
Valid licence and willing to undergo regular Driving Licence checks
Willing to complete Enhanced DBS checks
Willing to undergo additional training
Reliability and Consistency in the role with a kind and patient nature
Able to provide proof of Right to work in the UK (passport etc)
Must live, or be willing to commute, to the Southport area

Desirable –

Safeguarding, MiDAS or PATs qualification/experience
Experience in transporting passengers with additional needs and abilities
Good knowledge of the Southport road networks
