Lead Installer - Bespoke Interiors & Joinery
Warrington | Full Time | £45,000-£50,000 | Company Van & Tools Provided
We're looking for somebody exceptional!
Not necessarily somebody with the perfect CV, but somebody who takes ownership, gets things done and genuinely cares about the quality of their work.
At Bespoke Spaces, we design, manufacture and install high-end bespoke interiors from our Warrington workshop.
One week we might be installing a luxury dressing room. The next, a secret door hidden within a bookcase, a home office, a children's playroom or a bespoke mezzanine.
No two projects are the same.
As the business grows, we need somebody who can take increasing ownership of installations and become a key part of our future.
This Isn't a Typical Installation Role
We're not looking for somebody who simply turns up and fits furniture.
We're looking for somebody who can lead from the front.
Someone who enjoys solving problems.
Someone who understands how their decisions affect the wider project, the customer experience and the profitability of the business.
You will be trusted to represent Bespoke Spaces in our clients' homes and help ensure projects are delivered to the standard we are known for.
The Role
Initially, you'll work alongside the business owner on installations, learning our systems, standards and approach.
Over time, you'll take increasing responsibility for leading installations yourself, supported by workshop staff, labourers and subcontract installers where required.
Projects are primarily across Cheshire and the North West, with regular installations in London and occasional work further afield.
Some projects may only require one or two people.
Others will involve leading a small team over the course of a week or more.
What You'll Be Doing
Installing high-end bespoke furniture and joinery
Leading installations on site
Managing installation programmes
Coordinating labour and subcontract installers
Communicating professionally with clients, designers and contractors
Solving problems when things don't go exactly to plan
Managing snagging and handovers
Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Protecting and enhancing the reputation of Bespoke Spaces
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you'll have experience both making and installing bespoke joinery or furniture.
You understand how things are built, why they're designed the way they are and how to adapt when real-world conditions differ from the drawings.
Most importantly, we're looking for somebody with the right mindset.
