Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Labourer to join our team. This role is hands-on and varied, requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping the yard safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Operate on the production line, including bagging up materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard at all times.
Assist customers by loading products onto vehicles both at the weighbridge and within the yard.
Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, ensuring they receive the correct products.
Clean and maintain forklifts and machinery as required.
Learn and develop knowledge of the company’s products to support both team and customer needs.
Carry out other general labouring duties as required.

Requirements

Forklift licence (mandatory).
Previous yard, labouring, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good level of physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and safe working practices.
7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
