About the Role
We are looking for a confident and organised Front of House Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will support the day-to-day running of the front-of-house operation, supervise staff, and help maintain high standards of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the front-of-house team during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Coordinate seating, reservations, and guest flow
Train and mentor new team members
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure the venue is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
Assist management with daily operations and shift planning
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

Previous experience in a front-of-house or hospitality supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Must work 1 weekend day a week
