Hours: 7:00am - 16:30pm or 7:30am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am-12pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers so you can understand and meet their needs.
Direct management of team of 5 branch sales people.
Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
Getting to know our suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels.
Supporting all Company initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to grow sales, setting clear objectives for the team and maximising growth through cross selling and leveraging our solutions such as Project Estimator and Tool Hire.
Lead and engage colleagues via regular comms & team talks.
Required Skills and Experience:
Sound awareness of commercial metrics (margin, pricing, conversion rates, sales forecasting, etc.) with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and take action to improve performance.
Strong leadership, communication and people management skills, able to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing proactive sales team.
