Salary: £12.80 to £12.80 Hour

The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need more flexibility? Key duties

Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
Medication administration
Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
Maintaining written daily records
Attending and completing training, as required

Where will you work?

Opened in spring 2021, Spencer Place is one of our newest homes. This is a spacious, new-build two-storey home that provides care and support for 10 adult males, primarily with mental health needs such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and personality disorder, but also other conditions such as autism. Outside there are garden areas and for socialising and leisure activities. The annexes and ground floor bedrooms are fully wheelchair accessible. Situated on the outskirts of Chichester just off the A27, the home is in a picturesque location surrounded by farmlands. There are two train stations nearby in the villages of Nutbourne and Bosham, both of which have many local amenities and facilities. There is also a bus stop right outside the front door and the home has its own transport for trips and outings.
