Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join Fresh Hub Group in a varied and fast-paced business support role, providing administrative support across executive services, office operations and HR.
Working with the HR & Executive Support Manager and some members of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience supporting senior leadership activity, HR administration, Board and meeting coordination, office management and wider business operations.
The role is designed as a development opportunity and will include support towards completion of a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, alongside structured mentoring and on-the-job learning within a growing multi-site business.
This role provides a strong foundation for a future career in executive support, HR, office management or business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Board Support
- Support the HR & Executive Support Manager with executive administration activities
- Assist with diary coordination, meetings and scheduling, together with booking flights, hotels, car hire, train tickets etc.
- Prepare agendas, meeting packs and supporting documentation
- Attend meetings to support notetaking and minute-taking, including Board meetings where appropriate
- Track actions arising from meetings and follow up to support completion
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports and correspondence
- Handle confidential and sensitive business information professionally and discreetly
Office & Business Administration
- Support the day-to-day administration and coordination of the Spalding Head Office
- Assist with meeting room coordination, visitor management and office hospitality
- Provide administrative support in relation to technology contracts, company mobile devices, and the ordering and management of IT equipment
- Manage office supplies, stationery and administrative systems
- Maintain organised electronic and paper filing systems
- Support company events, meetings and internal activities
- Provide general administrative support across the business as required
HR Administration Support
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Prepare HR letters and documentation as required
- Support HR meetings through note-taking and action tracking
- Assist with general HR administration and coordination tasks
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
Apprenticeship & Development
The successful candidate will work towards completion of a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship alongside their day-to-day responsibilities.
Training and development support will include:
- Executive support and diary management
- Minute-taking and professional meeting support
- Professional written communication
- Microsoft Office and business systems training
- HR administration and coordination processes
- Stakeholder communication and professionalism
- Confidentiality, GDPR and handling sensitive information
- Exposure to senior leadership and Board-level administration

- GCSE English and Maths Grade 4/C or above

Pay: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
