We are currently recruiting for a Groundskeeper at our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work: Monday to Friday - Fixed Shift, working 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs

Salary: £12.90

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and watering.
Maintain and repair outdoor equipment and structures such as fences, benches, and pathways.
Ensure grounds are free from litter and debris.
Carry out seasonal landscaping duties such as leaf clearance and snow removal as required.
Operate landscaping machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Report any issues or repairs needed to management.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties.

Requirements

Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a similar role.
Knowledge of horticultural practices and landscaping maintenance.
Ability to operate grounds maintenance machinery and tools safely.
Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices related to grounds maintenance.
