Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and dynamic Telesales Executives and a Team Leader, to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent chance to develop your sales skills within a fast-paced environment, working with a team towards a common goal. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be passionate and positive. Having experience in sales can be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided. The team leader will have had experience in a sales environment.
Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services.
- Identify client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximise engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads generated from initial contact to convert prospects into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and promptly.
- Update and manage client information within CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound sales roles will be considered an asset but is not mandatory for highly motivated candidates willing to learn.
