Minimum starting salary £30.554.00 per annum
Are you looking for a change of career and you’re great with people?
Our recent trainee recruits have come from industries like retail, hospitality, beauty and driving roles with a passion for great customer service, or for cars.
We are open to applications from people across many different industries or at any stage in life and we have state of the art tools and equipment that enable almost anyone to lift a screen.
Shift pattern: Monday to Saturday 8 am -4.30 pm (1 Saturday in 4)
So, what are we looking for?
- You are a people person who is genuinely happy working with customers and the public
- You can keep yourself motivated and driven whilst working independently
- You have a full UK manual driving license
- You have proof of your right to work in the UK

As a leading Institute of Motor Industry accredited employer, we train our people to fit and repair glass to the highest standards so you can progress to be an experienced fitter and learn new skills. We will also train you to sell and fit our range of value added products, such as Wipers.
What will a day with us look like?
Based in our centres or out and about meeting customers at their home or place of work you'll be repairing or replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards with industry leading technology and tools.
All in all, it's about solving our customers problems with real care.
In addition to a competitive starting salary we offer:

We are also looking for experienced fitters (minimum 12 months experience) – basic salary plus BONUS potential
