About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Operations Manager to optimise our sales function and support our high-performing team.

You will be responsible for improving sales processes, managing CRM systems, analysing performance data, and helping drive revenue growth. This is a key role within the business, working closely with leadership and multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and performance
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase conversions
Support, train, and coach sales team members
Manage lead distribution and sales territories
Analyse sales data and track KPIs
Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Oversee CRM management, including data integrity and automation
Develop and manage sales forecasts
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer support teams
Implement tools and systems to enhance productivity
Continuously improve sales operations and processes

Requirements

Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role
Strong experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Experience managing and developing teams
Strong communication and organisational skills
Strategic mindset with problem-solving ability
