Location: Sleaford(school-based, temporary)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:15pm (no evenings or weekends)
Dates: 29th June- 17th July 2026
Pay: £15-25 per hour (depending on qualification & experience)

About Us
Primary Pools delivers swimming lessons directly to schools using our mobile swimming pool system, helping children gain water confidence and meet the national curriculum standard.
We’re expanding our delivery teams nationwide and are looking for reliable, enthusiastic professionals to join us for our Sleaford project this July.
The Role
We’re seeking level 2 qualified swim instructors to deliver school swimming lessons for primary pupils (ages 5–11).
You’ll be part of a professional delivery team ensuring safe, structured, and fun lessons every day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver or support high-quality school swimming lessons
- Supervise pupils in and around the pool, maintaining constant vigilance
- Ensure all sessions follow health & safety and safeguarding standards
- Assist with water quality and temperature (training provided)
- Build positive relationships with school staff and children
- Report daily feedback to the Operations Manager
For Swim Teachers - What We’re Looking For
- Confident and experienced in teaching children aged 4–11
- Able to manage group sessions safely and efficiently
- Professional and engaging with strong communication skills
- Passionate about helping pupils achieve their 25m goal
- Comfortable working in a mobile pool environment
- Reliable and flexible to support smooth day-to-day deliver
What You Need
- STA Level 2 Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2 Teaching Qualification
- Enhanced DBS (clean) or willing to undertake
- Valid First Aid qualification (preferred)
- Experience working in schools or children’s activity settings
- Own transport to get to site daily (preferred)
