Leak Detection & External Water Meter Installer
£32,500+ Bonus | Van, Fuel, Tools Provided | Long-Term Contract
Swindon + Surrounding | Immediate Start | CIS Subcontractor

Are you an honest, hardworking, and reliable plumbing or leak detection professional looking to grow your career?

SHL Workforce is hiring experienced Customer Side Leakage (CSL) Provers and External Meter Installers to work on our long-term Thames Water smart metering contract across London. This is a combined role offering variety, stability, and strong earning potential with a company that values professionalism and career development.

What We Offer:

Your Role:

Attend 7 appointments daily to investigate leaks on customer properties
Install external water meters and perform associated works
Carry out leak detection using acoustic and visual methods
Capture detailed site notes and photographs using a mobile work app
Deliver top-tier customer service, including handling escalations
Drive between jobs throughout your allocated work area

You’ll Need:

1+ year experience in leak detection or plumbing qualification
Full UK manual driving licence (held for 1+ year)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with mobile apps and reporting
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
