Wow Facilities Management Ltd is a family run commercial and construction cleaning company. We offer a range of cleaning solutions such as the following

Carpet cleaning
Soft furnishing cleans
Kitchen & hygiene cleans
Bio hazard cleaning

Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor Cleaner to join our team. You will be required to drive the company van to pick up the cleaning team their home address and take them to site where you will be required to complete a shift cleaning. Once the shift is complete you will be required to drive the cleaners home again. You are paid for travel hours aswell as the shift.

Shifts vary in start times from nights, evenings and daytimes, so this role would suit someone who can work flexibly as no two weeks are the same.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple commercial sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, providing training and support as needed.
Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service delivery.
Plan and schedule cleaning tasks efficiently, adapting to changing priorities or client requirements.
Drive company vehicles between sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, supplies used, and staff attendance.
Assist with specialised cleaning tasks when required, including deep cleans or hazardous material handling.
Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any faults promptly.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience in operating company vehicles is essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
Attention to detail to uphold cleanliness standards consistently. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness while demonstrating leadership in a supervisory capacity.

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
