Over the last 3 years, Wild Vision has consistently doubled revenue and grown to more than 115 staff across 3 global offices. We’re now looking for a hungry, ambitious New Business Sales Executive to help drive the next stage of growth.
The Role
This is a true new business sales role focused on identifying, pitching, and closing creators onto Wild Vision’s syndication offering.
You’ll be responsible for building relationships with creators and management teams, spotting opportunities early, and ensuring creators successfully sign with Wild Vision.
Alongside direct outreach and sales activity, you’ll also help guide the internal sales research team on the types of creators we should be targeting and prioritising.
This role suits someone highly motivated, commercially driven, organised, and excited by social media, YouTube and internet culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching and identifying high-potential YouTubers and creators
- Reaching out to creators, managers, and agencies to introduce Wild Vision’s syndication offering
- Managing the full sales process from outreach through to closing deals
- Building strong long-term creator relationships
- Working closely with the sales research team to improve creator targeting and outreach strategy
- Ensuring all sales processes are followed correctly
- Consistently updating and managing CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Representing Wild Vision at creator and media events globally, including London, LA, Cannes, Miami, and New York
- Being available to take calls with both UK and US-based creators and partners when required
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, energetic, and commercially minded personality
- Hungry, ambitious, and target-driven
- Excellent organisation and follow-through
- Passion for YouTube, creators, social media, and digital culture
- Experience in influencer marketing, sales, recruitment, hospitality, media, or another client-facing role is highly desirable
- A good understanding of AI tools and workflows is a bonus, but not essential
- Bournemouth-based and able to work in-office Monday–Friday
