Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service at all times. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining high standards of service within the hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest services.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with human resources to manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest feedback, and operational reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests by promoting a culture of hospitality throughout the team.

Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Experience in guest services, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff management is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
