Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender and Mixologist to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating exceptional drinks, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience in a lively setting. The position involves preparing and serving beverages, engaging with patrons, and upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
Manage cash transactions accurately and handle payments efficiently.
Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.
Keep track of stock levels, assist with inventory management, and communicate supply needs to management.
Stay informed about current drink trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist within a hospitality or restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to serve guests courteously and efficiently.
Good understanding of basic maths for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
Effective time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked.
Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and enthusiasm for the role. This position is paid accordingly, offering an engaging environment where your skills can flourish within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
