Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Muc-Off was founded in 1994 and are now the leading supplier of specialist cycling cleaning and maintenance products in the UK. Following 5 years of explosive growth the company is expanding fast into the European, Asian and North American markets focusing on its core categories of cycling, motorcycle and Athlete performance products.

About the role

We are looking for a Lifestyle PA to support the Chief Executive Officer/Owner to organise both his home and business life. This role will be very varied and no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities

Administrative Support:
Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters (work and personal)
Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks (work and personal)
Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system (work and personal)
Liaising with other members of staff and external parties
General errands and personal shopping (gift sourcing, returns, dry cleaning etc)
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
Preparing CEO for the following day/week (work and personal)
Travel Co-ordination:
Making travel arrangements to include flights/hotels/car hire/activities (work and personal)
Vehicle Management:
Documentation
Arranging Service/MOT/Tax
Cleaning
Childcare Arrangements:
Co-ordinating schedule
Booking school activities & Clubs
Organising children’s parties

What we’re looking for

Person Specification

Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisation and people management skills
Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
Strong communication skills
Discretion
Flexibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word/Excel and Outlook
