Following a major refurbishment and continued investment, THE NICI Bournemouth has quickly established itself as one of the UK's most exciting luxury hotel destinations. Since opening in 2022, THE NICI has received national recognition, including The Times Top 100 Places to Stay – Best Seaside Hotel 2023.

Located on Bournemouth's stunning South Coast, THE NICI offers 88 luxurious bedrooms, many with spectacular sea views, garden hot tub suites, the vibrant South Beach Restaurant & Bar, outdoor terrace, private cinema, and stylish meeting and events spaces. As we continue our exciting expansion, new additions include a 25-metre feature outdoor pool, luxury spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and holiday cottages.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms to company standards
Maintaining cleanliness throughout public areas of the hotel
Replenishing guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations
Delivering excellent service and attention to detail in every aspect of your work

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 2 years' housekeeping experience, preferably within a hotel environment
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
A positive, hardworking, and reliable approach
Strong teamwork skills
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
