Full job description

Self-Employed Sales Executive / Lead Generator

Weekly pay every Friday
£50 per qualified, set-and-sat appointment
2% commission on all closed sales
OTE £1,500+ per week

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am start (Early finishes common once Field Sales diaries are full — often by 4pm.)

What you’ll do

Speak with homeowners interested in solar and home-efficiency upgrades.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and energy goals.
Book high-quality appointments for our expert Field Sales team.
Keep accurate notes and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline.

About you

A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and competitive.
Comfortable discussing sustainable energy solutions and home upgrades.
Curious, attentive, and great at asking the right questions.
