We have an opening at our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle dealership in Poole for a Site Coordinator to join our successful team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our on-site car park, greeting our customers upon arrival, and liaising with them while their vehicles are with our Aftersales Team.

Package:
- Operating hours: Monday to Friday: 7.30 am - 5.00 pm / 42.5 hours per week
- Pay: £12.71 per hour/ £28,089 per annum
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a customer facing, ideally logistics role
- Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service
- Self- motivated, driven individual with the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise multiple tasks
- Forward thinking and problem solver
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Brings a positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative, team environment
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
- Full UK driving licence
Job Description:
- Promptly and courteously meet and greet our customers from outside
- Site logistics and commercial vehicle organisation
- Movement of stock from the compound to the group centres and our suppliers
- Collections and deliveries
- Checking in new and used stock when it is delivered with the car team
- Support the Customer Experience Executive with progress chasing
- Fuelling vehicles
