Project Administrator – Environment
Location : Bournemouth
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Environment Business, working on our Wessex Water Framework in the Dorset region.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the office and site-based management on a wide range of AMP 8 infrastructure projects.
Day-to-day you you'll provide invaluable support to our project teams to:
- Update Weekly Whereabouts Sheet: Coordinate with Project Managers & Site Managers to add new schemes, provide out-of-hours traffic management contact details and ensure accuracy of on-call rota.
- Manage Site Waste Management Plans: Complete and update plans for all sites, obtain waste transfer notes, verify permits/licences.
- Maintain Monthly Wessex Water Environmental Data Return : Use data from waste management plans for spreadsheet updates.
- Produce Weekly WOW Report: Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Agents for accurate plant reporting.
- Update Goods Receipt Note (GRN)/Plant Teams: Process delivery/hire/collection tickets, manage delivery tickets, support site managers in delivery reporting and issue resolution.
- Handle Interruption Cards & Supply Management: Print interruption cards, maintain supply interruption spreadsheet and email updates.
- Site office responsibility: Manage stationery and welfare product ordering and printer, conduct safety checks, organise fire drills and PAT testing, monitor fuel levels, arrange skip exchanges, ensure display of necessary documents.
- Manage Deliveries: Safely unload goods, coordinate plant hire/personnel requests, address goods receipt note’s/hire tickets issues.
- Provide Assistive Support: Aid in printing site packs, assist with staff training booking for project managers.
