Are you a confident communicator looking for a rewarding role in a supportive office environment. Join our friendly team as a Lead Generation Agent, where you’ll help connect potential clients with our expert healthcare advisors, playing a key role in our continued growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for either full-time working hours, or a part-time position with agreed working patterns that can offer flexibility around study, family life or other commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Making outbound calls from our database
Introducing our services and qualifying potential clients
Transferring suitable leads to our Healthcare Specialists
Updating CRM systems and arranging follow-up calls
Hitting achievable weekly and monthly targets with support from your team

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and people skills
Confidence speaking on the phone
A resilient, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
